Shipping Information
We use the U.S. Postal Service and charge $2.50 for S/H in addition to Postal fees. The total amount will be charged to your card after your package
is mailed let us know if you want:

Insurance
Delivery Confirmation
Returns for Defect or Damage
Please contact us by e-mail or phone (585-381-1992) within 3 days of receipt of package if there is any physical defect or shipping
damage to your item and we will gladly replace or refund your purchase. We will issue an RA# which must be on the outside of
returned package. Keep any damaged shipping boxes for postal inspection.
Other Returns
Returns for reasons other than defect/damage may be made within 30 days of package receipt with an RA#.
